When you bring your art to us, we will help you design it and give you a no obligation quote for the finished product. That quote will be honored regardless of what may happen along the way, for 30 days after the design is finalized. If you are working within a budget, let us know and we will do our best to stay within that amount.

And of course, all of our work is 100% guaranteed for as long as you own it! If ANYTHING goes wrong with your framed art, please let us know before you tell your friends and neighbors! We like happy customers!

We will repair any defects in workmanship on any of our frames at any time. If any of our work needs repair, just bring it back to us with our sticker intact on the back, and we will make the repair free of charge. Broken glass? Dropped your frame? No problem. Bring the frame back to us and we will charge you only for replacement materials. The labor is on us.

If there is something you don’t like about your new piece of framed art, we want to be the first to know. We can always work out a solution that suits everyone.
